As part of a full energy efficiency package at Footprints Women's Centre in Belfast, Green Energy Technology installed a frame mounted solar PV system.
High specification solarworld panels, inverter and mounting system was used. All equipment is manufactured in Germany.
In addition, the company installed 60 Kingspan thermomax solar thermal tubes, and a bespoke twin coil cylinder.
Other energy efficiency measures included upgrade of cavity wall insulation using blown beads, new thermally efficient front access area, and pir sensors to replace light switches throughout the building.
